The Fine Print-ish

I’m not a lawyer. I’m simply a person with an unhealthy interest in court cases and an apparently unlimited supply of opinions.

Beyond a Reasonable Doubt-ish is my personal commentary and case review based on publicly available information. Facts, testimony, evidence, and court proceedings will be discussed, but any opinions or conclusions are my own.

This is not legal advice, legal analysis, or a substitute for the court record.

Basically: I have questions. I have opinions. I have absolutely no law degree.
