• Focused on her health data:

• the watch picks up a heart beat initially at 6:53am and last picks on up at 5:33pm

• Flight Climb data:

  • monitors you climbing stairs in your house

  • 5:03 it detects flight of stairs climbed

  • 5:33 it detects flight of stairs climbed

  • 5:38 it detects flight climb

  • notes it like to compile data with in 10 minute windows so it doesn't mean it took 5 minutes to climb the stairs but could indicate either stopping on a floor or just the data was combined

• Searches made from January 10th- 24th

  • "how quickly does Wellbutrin work for depression?"

  • "ketamine for suicidal ideations"

  • "symptoms of postpartum psychosis"

  • "Psychosis Symptoms"

  • "kids Miralax"

  • "ThreeV restaurant"

  • "CVS Pharmacy"

• Analyzed text message

• Analyzed call records

  • 5:33pm Patrick calls Lindsay - No answer

  • 5:34pm Lindsay calls Patrick - 14 seconds conversation

  • 6:09pm Patrick Calls Lindsay

• 5:33pm Lindsay has went up one flight of stairs while missing a call

• 5:34pm she calls back

• 5:38pm the phone detects that she has finished climbing another flight of stairs

• the accuracy of the apple health app has some faults and can't be a bit off

• Map search for route to ThreeV restaurant

• Defence introduces other searches Lindsay made

  • Prescription information

  • trazodone and Benadryl

  • trazodone headache

  • trazodone and Tylenol

• Defence asks about a note in Lindsays phone that read "I was the healthiest, happiest mom. I worked out every morning, meditated, took care of myself, and basically my life is turned to crap."

• Lindsay sent her mom the picture of the snowman and her mom says she's glad the kids could get out and play in the snow

• Cross examination reveals Lindsay and Patrick texting back and forth all that day. He calls her a good mama and she sends a emoji with hearts all around it

Overall take away: this digitally gives a time line and shows her struggles via searches but doesn't tell us what her mind was thinking during the killings

The commonwealth (prosecution) rests their case!
