On Cross and recross
Prosecution establishes that he has testified for both the commonwealth and defence at points.
Questions his Forensic Psychology title and all the expectations of a Forensic Psychology and implies he's not impartial like he should be.
he testifies that spending 35 hours on a individual isn't common but it happens
Prosecution asks about the mental health exam and he says if they can't remember basic details, he doesn't meet with them because they need to understand and be able to have a conversation.
They then proceed to point out how she could communicate and remember Patrick's phone number
Testified that to his knowledge she hasn't heard a voice since the incident.
Goes over what records he listed as source information for his report
They ask him about beach body and the fact that its a scam (girl gets very upset over him calling it a scam)
They talk about her working out and habits before, during and after having kids
points out that on Callen's 1st birthday Lindsay wheeled down the hall with her one-to-one staff and had dinner with her mom
Same thing happened on Cora's birthday
Dr. Zeziel could recall that one report he was questioned on had 7,001 pages
on the anniversary's of the date she had a basic day
Goes over kids birthdays 2024, 2025 and points out she would be sitting outside her room, using her phone, behavioural issues and spending time with family.
She sometimes had SIB (self injuries behaviour) sometimes didn't
Prosecution says that his use of the term "my patient" implies he's not impartial and is treating Lindsay, He says it doesn't mean he was treating her but he can examine her and her be his patient in that sense.
They play a video of a news conference where he describes cases like this and how they can present. it matches what he's testified to.
The prosecution had me scratching my head on this questioning, they seem to either prove the point of the defence or talk about irrelevant things. I think they tried to implied with the exercise that she wasn't hypomanic but thats a guess. Once again the prosecution is not in a good mood today. Plus I think we hit a record for the day with 7 side bars haha. i found this witness held his ground against the prosecutor. This was the first time i seen Lindsay engage in her case other then crying or dissociating, while the prosecution was implying she acted normal and unbothered on the kids birthdays and the event anniversary she at times shook her head slighty. Reddington was letting the prosecutors go one with stuff because it was helping his case.
Jury goes on break and court continues to decide if some witnesses will be allowed
